Returning HealthEquity members, clients and benefits advisors still use the same account login page. You can find all non-WageWorks accounts in one place.

Returning users can expand the login menu to reveal familiar WageWorks options. Unlike HealthEquity, WageWorks accounts maintain separate logins for employees, employers and unique account types.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Should I use a HealthEquity login or a WageWorks login?

    New members should consult their welcome materials to find the correct login page. If you’re not sure which login page to use, please let our guide you.

    Existing members should use the same account they have always used. Hover over the teal ‘Login’ button at the top right of the page to see your login options. HealthEquity accounts use a single login page. WageWorks accounts maintain the familiar listing.

  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    Members can go to the HealthEquity or WageWorks login page and click the ‘Forgot password’ link. If you’re not sure which portal to use, let our guide you.

  • I never received an email to reset my password. Now what?

    It can take up to 15 minutes for the password email to generate. Please give it a little more time. If you've already waited 15 minutes, consider checking your other email accounts. Sometimes members have older email addresses on file. If you still need help, please call Member Services: 866.346.5800 .

  • My account is locked. What do I do?

    Your account was locked for security purposes and will automatically unlock after 24 hours. So, feel free to log in again at this time tomorrow. If you need immediate access, Member Services can help: 866.346.5800 .

  • How do I find my security question for password reset?

    You can find your security question in the body of the password reset email. Please review the email that was sent to you. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or older email addresses. If you still can’t find it, Member Services can help: 866.346.5800.
